Vibrant Gel Eyeliner Set: Waterproof and Smudge-Proof

I have been using the evpct 12Pcs Color Gel Glitter Eyeliner Pencils Set for a while now, and I must say I am impressed with the variety of colors and the smooth application. The pigmentation is great, and the pencils glide on easily, making it effortless to create different eye looks. However, I did notice that the waterproof claim falls a bit short as the eyeliners tend to smudge after a few hours, especially in humid conditions. Despite this, the colors are vibrant and beautiful, adding a pop to my makeup looks. Overall, a good value for the price with a wide range of colors to choose from.
